4 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
salt
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (or to taste)
1 large avocado, peeled and finely diced
1 medium tomato, peeled and chopped
1 red or green bell pepper, finely chopped
1 small onion, finely chopped
directions
In a bowl, combine the oil, vinegar, salt to taste and pepper flakes; mix with a fork to blend thoroughly. Add the rest of the ingredients, tossing to mix.
