ingredients
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup pecans
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1 medium pie shell
whipped cream
directions
Mix the butter and sugar.
Beat in the eggs one at a time. add other ingredients and pour into a pie shell.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 30-40 minutes or until the pie is set.
