Peanut Butter Cake

ingredients
1 package yellow cake mix
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
Icing
1/2 cup chocolate syrup
1 package (6 ounce size) chocolate chips
2 cups peanut butter
1 box powdered sugar
milk
directions
Mix cake mix as directed, add 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter and blend well. Pour into two greased and floured 8 or 9" round cake pans. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees F, or until cakes test done.
Combine icing ingredients, stirring well, add enough milk to desired consistency for spreading. Spread over 1 layer cake. Top with second layer, frost top and sides.

This is an easy cake recipe and if you love peanut butter you need to give this one a try. I used a cake mix with pudding just for that extra moisture. I only had a challenge with the icing, but after finally getting it to the consistency, I was very pleased.
