It may look like a sad little package shoved in the back of your freezer, but frozen spinach actually has a lot of culinary uses (and some may surprise you).

This was a very easy and delicious cake. I did mix the butter with the cake...no powder problem. With ice cream...Excellent!

This was a very simple quick recipe. Though like the other review it had a lot of powder left on top...I just melted more butter and baked it a couple minutes longer and that seemed to fix it. It was also very very sweet for my taste, so I might cut the sugar in half or even omit it next time. Overall super yummy, big hit...and EASY!!! :)

This recipe was really good for how easy it is. It stayed crunchy on top even the next day. The only slight problem I had with it was that some of the cake mix topping stayed powdery even after the dessert was done. Some recipes say to mix the butter and the cake mix, so maybe I'll try that next time. But overall, very easy, and delicious.
