Watermelon-Tequila Sorbet

ingredients
4 cups watermelon juice
1/4 cup lime juice
1/4 cup tequila
1/4 cup sugar
directions
Pour watermelon juice, lime juice, and tequila into an ice cream maker (1-qt. or larger capacity). Add sugar and stir to dissolve.
Freeze according to manufacturer's directions or until sorbet is firm enough to scoop, dasher is hard to turn, or machine stops. Serve immediately or freeze airtight
NOTE: If making up to 1 week ahead, freeze airtight. If freezing in a machine using a frozen cylinder, chill watermelon mixture before adding to the container.
