Mango Banana Soup With Cardamom

ingredients
1 large ripe mango, peeled and cut into chunks
2 ripe bananas, peeled and cut into chunks
2 cups orange juice
1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom
1/4 cup pure maple syrup, more if desired
directions
Combine the fruit, orange juice, yogurt, cardamom, and maple syrup in a blender. Process until smooth.
Place the soup in a covered container in the refrigerator for 1 hour or until chilled.
Ladle into soup bowls and serve cold.
