ingredients

1 package (12-count size) Raspberry Zingers snack cakes
1 package (6 ounce size) instant lemon pudding, prepared as directed
2 packages (10 ounce size) frozen raspberries, thawed and drained
1 package (10-12 ounce size) frozen blueberries
2 large bananas {or sliced kiwis}
1 container (8 ounce size) frozen whipped topping, thawed
1/2 cup toasted, chopped pecans
1/2 cup sweetened coconut

directions

Unwrap Zingers and line them in a deep-dish glass baking pan. Pour pudding over Zingers. Add raspberries, then blueberries on top of raspberries.

Slice bananas on top of blueberries. Top with whipped topping. Sprinkle chopped pecans over whipped topping. Sprinkle coconut over pecans.

Refrigerate until set. Serve chilled.
