A fun, easy twist on the classic Italian treat, perfect for any occasion. A delicious blend of creamy ricotta cheese, orange zest, and chocolate chips served in a crispy ice cream cone.

ingredients
15 ounces ricotta cheese
2/3 cup powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons miniature chocolate chips
10 sugar ice cream cones
directions
Combine the ricotta cheese, powdered sugar, orange peel, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl. Beat on low speed with an electric mixer until the filling is smooth. Stir in the chocolate chips.
Cover the bowl and chill the filling for 30 minutes (or up to 3 hours).
Spoon the ricotta mixture into the ice cream cones and serve the ice cream cone cannolis immediately.
