ingredients
1 3/4 cup instant mashed potato flakes
1 1/2 cup dry powdered milk
2 tablespoons chicken bouillon granules
2 teaspoons dried minced onion
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/8 teaspoon ground turmeric
2 teaspoons seasoned salt
directions
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Transfer to a 1-quart jar with lid. Seal and label the jar.
To prepare 1 serving of the potato soup, place 1/2 cup of the soup mix in a bowl or large mug. Add 1 cup of boiling water and stir until the soup is creamy and smooth. Serve hot, garnish as desired with cheese, crumbled bacon, green onions, etc.

This is an Awesome recipe!! Very good to have on hand. Boil water in a mug in the microwave-stir in soup mix-and you only have one dish to wash!!
