ingredients
1 pound powdered sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 stick butter, softened
directions
Put everything except the vanilla and nuts in a large bowl and top with the butter. Microwave on high for 3 minutes.
Add the vanilla and nuts and stir well for about 3 minutes. While stirring, you can add a little more powdered sugar if needed.
Pour into a greased loaf pan. Chill a couple hours before slicing. Cut into 10 slices, then cut each slice in half to serve.
