Slow Cooker Jalapeno Roast Beef Sandwiches

ingredients
4 pounds roast
1 can beef stock
8 jalapenos (cut into 1/2" pieces)
salt and pepper, to taste
directions
Mix all ingredients in a crock pot. Cook on low for 8-10 hours. Halfway through cooking, turn the roast.
Just before serving, remove roast and shred, returning meat to crock pot and then serve on sandwich rolls with mozzarella cheese.
