ingredients
4 large onions, peeled and sliced, RESERVING
1/2 cup onions, for topping
4 whole wheat hoagie rolls, halved lengthwise
1 pound roast beef, sliced deli style
1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 cup chunky style low fat bleu cheese dressing, RESERVING
2 tablespoons bleu cheese dressing for topping
directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a skillet coated with cooking spray over medium heat, cook onions for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
Meanwhile, place rolls on work surface. Fill with roast beef and mozzarella cheese. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Remove from oven. Top each with onions and bleu cheese dressing.
