ingredients
1 head cauliflower
4 tomatoes, diced
1 head lettuce, chopped
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup French salad dressing
directions
Cut the cauliflower into florets and discard the core (or save for another use). Thinly slice each floret crosswise.
Add the cauliflower to a bowl. Combine with the diced tomato, chopped lettuce, and shredded cheese.
Pour the dressing over the vegetables and then toss gently to combine. Serve immediately.
