Frosted Mandarin Oranges

6 Mandarin oranges, stems intact
1 egg white
1/2 cup granulated sugar, to garnish
directions
Wash and dry oranges. In a small bowl, lightly beat egg white. Roll oranges in egg white to coat them on all sides.
Over sheet of waxed paper, sprinkle with sugar to form frost. Cover carefully with plastic wrap and store in refrigerator.
To eat, peel and discard skin and section orange. May be made up to 3 days ahead.
