1 can (16 ounce size) Bing cherries, drained
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 pinch ground cinnamon
1 cup red Bordeaux wine
directions
In saucepan, combine cherries, sugar, cinnamon, and Bordeaux wine. Bring to boil. Simmer gently for 5 minutes.
Chill. Serve in sherbet glasses.
