ingredients
4 teaspoons olive oil
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon orange juice or lemon juice
2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce
2 medium plum tomatoes, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
3/4 pound green snap beans, trimmed and cooked until crisp-tender
1 tablespoon basil, chopped
1/8 teaspoon black pepper, or to taste
1/8 teaspoon table salt, or to taste
directions
Whisk together oil, Worcestershire sauce, orange or lemon juice, and hot pepper sauce in a large bowl.
Add remaining ingredients and stir to coat. Chill for at least 1 hour or up to overnight. Divide into portions and serve.
