Velveeta Oven Mashed Potatoes

ingredients
2 1/2 cups cooked, cubed potatoes, mashed
3 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
8 ounces Velveeta cheese product, cut up, divided
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon rosemary leaves (crushed)
directions
Beat potatoes, milk, butter and chives until fluffy. Stir in 1/2 of the Velveeta.
Spoon into 1-quart casserole; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 to 25 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
Top with remaining Velveeta; continue baking until prepared cheese product begins to melt.
