Key Lime White Chocolate Chip Cookies

ingredients
2 1/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup butter or margarine, softened
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
3 drops (or more to taste) key lime juice
1 package (12 ounce size) white chocolate chips
directions
Combine flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl. Beat butter, both sugars, and vanilla in large mixing bowl until creamy.
Beat in eggs and the lime oil. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in white chocolate morsels.
Drop by well-rounded teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet or stone. Bake at 350 degrees F for 9-12 minutes. Allow cookies to cool completely and store in an airtight container.
