2 cups whipping cream
2 tablespoons white sugar
1/3 cup frozen pink lemonade concentrate, thawed
Beat all ingredients with hand mixer until light and fluffy. Spread on cooled cake.
Can also use other frozen drink concentrates such as limeade, grape, orange, etc. Can also add a drop of matching food coloring for more color.

Make sure to refrigerate the cake with this frosting on it or it will melt right off. Very sweet but good.
