TIP: for lump free frosting, you will need room temperature cream cheese. To hurry to process, place an unwrapped block of cream cheese on a plate and microwave it at 50 percent power for 10 second intervals.

Don't try this with low fat cream cheese. I guess that was my problem because it was very thin and I kept adding more powdered sugar and it never got thick enough to hold up. It was like gravy. It did taste good though.
