Orzo Fruit Salad

ingredients
2 cups orzo pasta
2 cups Cool Whip
Custard
4 beaten eggs
1/2 cup lemon juice
2 cups icing sugar
Fruit
2 cups diced apple
2 diced bananas
1 handful grapes
1 can pineapple tidbits & juice
directions
Cook orzo. Drain set aside
Heat custard ingredients and stir until thick; cool in fridge.
Mix cooked pasta with custard and fruit. Cover and leave in fridge overnight. Just before serving fold in Cool Whip.

My mother used to make a salad just like this but with rice. I love the orzo in this as it has more "bite" to it.
