Slow Cooker Salmon Pilaf

ingredients
1/2 cup parboiled rice, uncooked
1 can (15 ounce size) diced tomatoes, drained
1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon grated onion
1 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules
1 cup cold water
1 can (6 ounce size) canned salmon, drained, bones removed, and gently flaked
directions
Combine the rice, tomatoes, bell pepper, paprika, brown sugar, onion, water, and chicken bouillon granules in the crock pot. Stir well to mix.
Gently stir in the flaked salmon.
Cover the crock pot and cook on low heat for 3-4 hours or until the rice is tender. Gently stir again before serving.
