2-5 hrs
ingredients
1 cup chicken stock
1 can (16 ounce size) pink salmon, drained and lightly flaked
2 cups seasoned bread cubes
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
directions
Grease the inside of the crock pot with non-stick cooking spray or olive oil.
Heat the chicken stock to a simmer (in the microwave or on the stovetop).
Combine all the ingredients in the crock pot, stirring gently to just coat the bread cubes in the liquid but not break up the salmon too much.
Cover the crock pot and cook on high heat for 2 hours or until the casserole is set. Serve hot.
