ingredients
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
1 small can salmon
1 cup sharp (grated) cheddar cheese
1 package (3 oz. size) cream cheese, cubed
1 jar (2 oz. size) pimiento
2 cups milk
4 eggs
1 cup Bisquick
salt and pepper, to taste
dash nutmeg
directions
Put the green onions, salmon, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and pimiento in a greased 10" pie pan.
In a blender blend the milk, eggs, Bisquick, salt and pepper and nutmeg for 15 seconds. Pour over ingredients in pie pan.
Bake at 400 degrees F for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife comes out clean when tested.
