Baked Salmon Squares With Parsley Cream Sauce

ingredients
3 tablespoons butter, melted
2 cups milk
3 large eggs, beaten
1 can red salmon
2 cups soft bread crumbs
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon black pepper
Parsley Cream Sauce
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
2 cups milk
salt and pepper

directions
In a bowl, combine melted butter, milk and well beaten eggs.
Flake and clean salmon. Add crumbs (broken up bread pieces), onion, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Place in 8-inch square, greased pan.
Pour egg mixture over salmon and blend well. Bake at 375 degrees F for 40 minutes.
For Parsley Cream Sauce: Melt butter and add flour. Add milk, salt, pepper and parsley. Cook until thick and creamy.
Serve with salmon squares.
