These easy pecan cookies are sure to become a new holiday favorite! Made with just a few simple ingredients, they come together in just minutes. Pecans add a lovely crunch, while the brown sugar gives the cookies a beautiful caramel flavor. For an extra special touch, you can drizzle them with melted chocolate.

1 cup brown sugar, packed firmly
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg white
2 cups whole or broken pecans
Preheat the oven to 275 degrees F. Grease a baking sheet.
In a bowl, mix together the brown sugar, flour, and salt.
In another bowl, beat the egg white until stiff peaks form. Fold the egg white into the flour mixture. Stir the pecans in gently.
Drop tablespoon sized dollops of cookie batter onto the baking sheet. Place in the oven and bake at 275 degrees F for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5-10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Store the cookies in an airtight container.
