ingredients
1 cup shredded smoked Cheddar cheese
3/4 cup shredded Gruyere cheese
1/2 cup shredded Asiago cheese
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon ground dry mustard
1 cup dry white wine
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
3 drops hot sauce
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 loaf sourdough bread, cut into cubes
directions
In a small bowl, combine the cheeses, flour and ground mustard. Toss to coat.
In a small saucepan, bring wine to a simmer. Add a small handful of cheese to the simmering wine and stir until the cheese has melted.
Repeat process with remaining cheese. Add remaining ingredients and cook on low until mixture is thick and all the cheese has melted. Transfer to a fondue pot and keep warm.
