ingredients

1 cup milk
1/4 cup butter, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
2 ounces unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup baking mix

directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease a 9" pie pan.

In blender or food processor, place all ingredients. Cover and blend or process for 45-60 seconds until mixture is smooth. Pour into prepared pie pan.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 25-30 minutes until pie springs back when lightly touched in center. Cool completely before slicing. Top with ice cream and chocolate sauce to serve.
