3 eggs, beaten
1 cup light corn syrup
2/3 cup sugar
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 cup fresh cranberries, coarsely chopped
1 cup pecans, chopped
1 tablespoon orange zest, grated
1 (9-inch) pie crust, unbaked
directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare pie shell.
Combine eggs, sugar, corn syrup, and sugar. Stir in cranberries, pecans, and orange zest. Pour filling into pie shell.
Bake for 1 hour or until the mixture is firm in the center. Cool before serving.
