ingredients
2 cups strained honey
1 tablespoon butter or butter substitute
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon baking soda
1 dash salt
directions
Heat honey to boiling. Add baking soda, butter, lemon juice, and salt. Boil to hard ball stage (265-270 degrees F).
Pour into well-buttered pan. Cool. Pull until white and porous. Cut into 1 inch pieces.
