ingredients
6 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
3 tablespoons corn syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 1/2 cups ground vanilla wafers
1 cup finely chopped or ground nuts
directions
Melt chocolate chips, then stir in corn syrup and vanilla. Stir in gradually the evaporated milk and sugar. Add wafer crumbs and nuts, mixing well.
Let stand about 30 minutes. Then shape into 1 inch balls and roll in ground nuts or coconut. Chill.

Used graham cracker crumbs instead of vanilla wafers because that's what I had. These are very addicting!
