The name, vodka, comes from the Russian phrase zhiznennaia voda, or "water of life". It can be made from everything from potatoes to beets. It's considered to be fairly flavorless which makes it a great liquor for mixed drinks.

1 white cake mix
1/4 cup oil
3 eggs
1 1/4 cup water
1 package (12 ounce size) chocolate chips
1 cup shredded coconut
1 1/2 cup miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup chopped pecans
directions
Mix first 4 ingredients together for 3-4 minutes at medium speed.
Add the remaining 4 ingredients and mix thoroughly about 2 minutes.
Pour into greased 8x10" cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30-35 minutes.
Needs no frosting.

I found this cake to be totally decadent!!
Too heavy and sticky. Maybe less chocolate chips and marshmallows would improve the consistency. How about some chopped red maraschino cherries?
