1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
3 eggs, beaten
1 3/4 cup applesauce
1 package yellow cake mix
directions
Mix sugar with cinnamon and set aside. Butter bundt or stem pan; coat with cinnamon-sugar mix.
Pour half of the batter in pan; add some of the cinnamon mix and swirl with spoon. Add more batter, cinnamon mix, repeating until all is used.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes or until done. Let stand 15 minutes before removing from pan.

WHAT DO I DO WITH THE APPLE SAUCE?
this SOUNDS great, but I can't try it because there's no specifications on how to MAKE THE BATTER.
