2 cups flour
1 egg
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon ginger
2 tablespoons vinegar
1/2 teaspoon soda, MIXED WITH
1/2 cup warm milk
directions
Cream butter and sugar, add well beaten egg, then flour and other dry ingredients, then soda and lastly vinegar. Bake in moderate oven for 1 hour.
