ingredients
1 cup butter
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
3 eggs
1 pound golden raisins
1 pound dark raisins
1 pound mixed gumdrops
1 pound orange slices candy (cut into small pieces)
2 cups pecans, chopped
1 cup applesauce
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon allspice or cloves
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon baking soda
4 tablespoons warm water
3 1/2 cups flour
directions
Mix soda in warm water. Cream butter and sugars. Beat in eggs. Mix raisins, gumdrops, orange candy, and pecans together. Stir spices into applesauce. Combine all ingredients together and turn into greased Bundt pan. Bake at 325 until cooked through.
