ingredients

1 package super moist cake mix
1 box (3 oz size) raspberry or cherry gelatin powder
1 box (3 oz size) lime gelatin powder
2 cups boiling water
1 container (8 ounce size) frozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed

directions

Prepare cake mix as directed on package. Bake in a 9 by 13 inch cake pan as per baking directions on package.

With a meat fork or the handle end of a wooden spoon, poke holes along the top of the cooled cake. Mix the gelatin separately with only 1 cup of boiling water for each package.

Spoon the prepared gelatin along the holes in random order to create a rainbow effect. Refrigerate cake for several hours and ice with the whipped topping.
