ingredients
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup sugar
1 cup bread flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup hot milk
1 tablespoon butter
directions
Butter a 8" x 12" x 2" cake pan, then preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Beat the eggs and vanilla well, add 1 cup sugar. Mix well. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Add eggs.
Heat milk with butter until butter melts, Mix into batter. Beat for 1 minute until smooth. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cake starts to brown on top.
