directions
Combine water and yeast and let stand until yeast is foamy.
Stir in butter, sugar, eggs and salt. Beat in flour, one cup at a time; dough will be sticky. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Next morning, roll half of the dough into a 12-inch circle. Brush with 2 tablespoons melted butter.
Combine 1/3 cup sugar, 1/4 cup shredded coconut and orange zest. Sprinkle over buttered dough.
Cut dough into pie wedges and roll up into crescent shape. Let rolls rest until they double in size.
Bake in a 375 degrees F oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Prepare glaze by combining butter, sour cream, orange juice and sugar in small pan and simmer for 3 minutes.
After crescent rolls are removed from oven and while still warm, apply glaze. Sprinkle with coconut and zest, if desired.

Pumpkins aren't just for pies or Halloween decorations. These large, orange gourds - while naturally sweet - also work well in savory dishes. They pair well with poultry and pork (and especially bacon) and their creamy-when-cooked texture blends easily into soups.
