Chili Parmesan Chicken

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons chili powder
4 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves
directions
Mix cheese and chili powder in pie plate. Add chicken; turn to evenly coat all sides.
Place chicken on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

For being SO simple, this was actually quite good. You can use more or less of the chili powder as you like (if you like hot stuff, mix in some cayenne powder too!). The parmesan cheese rounds out the flavor nicely.
