Bread Machine Hawaiian Dinner Rolls

ingredients
8 ounces can crushed pineapple, undrained
1/4 cup warm pineapple juice
1/4 cup water
1 egg
1/4 cup butter, cubed
1/4 cup nonfat dry milk powder
1 teaspoon sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
3 1/4 cups bread flour
2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
3/4 cup flaked coconut
directions
Add all ingredients except coconut to bread machine pan according to manufacturer's directions. Use dough setting. Do not use time-delay setting.
Just before final kneading or at the beep, add coconut.
When dough is ready, turn out onto a lightly floured surface. Cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 10 minutes. Divide into 15 portions; roll each into a ball.
Place in a greased 13x9" baking pan. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 45 minutes or until doubled. Bake at 375 degrees F for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

8 ounces can crushed pineapple, undrained (in juice not syrup) 1/2 cup of coconut milk (heavy cream) 1 egg 1/4 cup butter, cubed 1/4 cup nonfat dry milk powder 1 tablespoon honey 1 1/2 teaspoon salt 3 1/4 cups bread flour 2 1/4 teaspoons bread machine rapid dry yeast 1/4 teaspoon baking powder i find coconut milk adds more flavor than adding coconut itself

I skipped teh coconut because I don't liek it but otherwise followed the recipe. the rolls turned out very good. I brushed them with a little butter before baking.
