Slow Cooker Adobo Chicken

ingredients

3 pounds whole chicken
8 cloves crushed garlic
3/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup vinegar
1 small sweet onion, sliced in rings

directions

Place the chicken in the crock pot.

In a bowl, combine the garlic, soy sauce, and vinegar.

Top the chicken with the sliced onion and then pour the soy sauce mixture over the top.

Cover the crock pot and cook on low heat for 6 hours or until the chicken is cooked.

Remove the chicken from the crock pot and place on a cutting board. Carve into serving pieces.
