Slow Cooker Orange Burgundy Chicken

Orange Burgundy Chicken - CDKitchen.com

ingredients

3 pounds chicken pieces, skin removed
1/2 cup orange marmalade
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup dry red wine
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt

directions

Place the chicken in the bottom of the crock pot. In a bowl, stir together the remaining ingredients and pour over the chicken.

Cover the crock pot and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until the chicken is cooked through.

Serve the chicken and sauce over rice or pasta.
