The name, vodka, comes from the Russian phrase zhiznennaia voda, or "water of life". It can be made from everything from potatoes to beets. It's considered to be fairly flavorless which makes it a great liquor for mixed drinks.

ingredients
1 whole chicken, cut into serving pieces
2 cans (14.5 ounce size) diced tomatoes with mild green chiles, drained
1 can (10.5 ounce size) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 can (4 ounce size) diced green chilies
1 cup sour cream
directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. In a 13- x 9- x 2-inch baking dish, arrange chicken. Bake chicken for 20 minutes, then drain.
Combine remaining ingredients in a large saucepan and cook 10 minutes over medium heat.
Pour tomato mixture over chicken. Bake chicken for additional 20 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center.
