ingredients
2 cups flour
4 beaten eggs
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup honey
directions
Mix together all ingredients except honey. Roll dough into 3/4-inch balls.
Heat oil in deep-fat fryer to 375 degrees F. Fry balls in small batches until light brown, then drain on paper towels. Drizzle honey over balls.
Can also sprinkle with coconut, colored sprinkles or sugar. Store in airtight container.
