This is the best dough I have ever worked with, Just chill for about three hours and it handles like a dream. I increased the nutmeg to 1 teaspoon, omitted the cinnamon. I powder my donuts with vanilla flavoured icing sugar. Just put a few drops of vanilla in a ziplock bag with the icing sugar. Really delicious.
