Chocolate Pizzelles

ingredients
1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 cup butter, melted
1 cup sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
directions
In small bowl, combine flour, cocoa and baking powder -- set aside. In mixer bowl, combine butter and sugar. Add eggs and mix well. Slowly add the dried mixture and mix well. Add vanilla and mix well. Bake on pizzelle maker.
When pizzelles are removed hot from the pizzelle maker, quickly drape around a wooden cone form (or use a wooden dowel) to form a cone shape. Let cool. Serve stuffed with whipped cream or ice cream.
