ingredients
1/4 cup cocoa powder
2 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
1 3/4 cup flour
3 eggs
1/2 cup margarine, melted and cooled
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 cup sugar
directions
Sift together cocoa, baking powder and flour.
Beat eggs. Add sugar gradually until smooth. Add margarine and extract. Blend cocoa mix into egg mix.
Cook on preheated pizzelle iron for 20-30 seconds.
