Garlic and Herb Pretzels

ingredients
2 packages yeast
4 cups flour, more if needed
1 1/2 cup warm water
2 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon basil
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon parsley
directions
Dissolve yeast in water. Add salt and sugar. Blend in half the flour. Crush garlic and add with herbs.
Add remaining flour, and more if dough is too sticky. Roll into snakes and shape. Sprinkle with kosher salt if desired.
Bake at 425 degrees F for 10-15 minutes or until browned.
