ingredients
1/2 pound ground beef
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup thinly sliced onion
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup thinly sliced red or green bell pepper
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon lemon juice
4 flour tortillas (6" size)
1/2 cup tomato salsa
GARNISHES
sour cream
diced avocado
taco sauce
sliced black olives
shredded cheese
directions
Crumble beef into microwaveable casserole. Add garlic, onion, salt and pepper, then cover and microwave at high for 3 to 4 minutes or until beef is no longer pink, stirring once.
Pour off fat. Stir in red pepper, Worcestershire sauce and juice. Microwave at high for 2 minutes or until red pepper is tender-crisp.
Wrap tortillas in a towel and microwave at high for 1 minute or until hot. Spoon meat mixture onto each tortilla and top with salsa and desired garnishes. Roll up.
