ingredients

2 pounds german bologna
1 pound Swiss cheese
5 medium tomatoes
2 medium dill pickles
1 large onion
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
salt, to taste
black pepper

directions

Cut bologna into thin strips and place in a large bowl. Dice swiss cheese into cubes; add to bowl.

Dice tomatoes, pickles and onions; add to bowl.

Add olive oil and red wine vinegar; mix well.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve chilled or right after it's made.
